Matoran

• Cy-Matoran are Matoran of Electronics. They possess a small amount of elemental Electronics energy, giving them an innate understanding of electronics.
• Cy-Toa are Toa of Electronics. They possess elemental Electronics energy, allowing them to create and control electronic components, limited only by the need to recharge their elemental energy when it runs out.

Skakdi

• Cy-Skakdi are Skakdi of Electronics. They possess elemental Electronics energy, but can only use it in conjunction with another Skakdi, or channel it through a weapon. However, due to the non-combative nature of the element such limitations do not provide much hindrance.
