History[]
Like many other matoran from Cortaka Nui, Eido was an explorer. While on a mission with several other matoran, he discovered the hidden fortress of Makuta Kolrahk. While inside, he was attacked by Makuta Galvaz and several Kolrahk Robots. During this attack, Gate was captured. While escaping, their ship was attacked by Galvaz and Gate, who was now a Shadow Matoran. Galvaz hit the ship with chain lightning, destroying it and energizing the protodermis around it. The crew fell into the energized protodermis, and transformed into the Toa Cortaka. After his transformation, Eido used his Kakama in conjunction with Giza's Gravity powers to get the crew away from danger.
