Domiu is a Toa of Earth and member of the Breath of Mata Nui.
Biography[]
Early life[]
Domiu was created as an Onu-Matoran several generations of new Matoran into the flight of the Great Spirit Robot. His homeland in the Northern Continent had a significant need for new Matoran after a Doom Viper infestation.
Eventually, Domiu became a Trader, and left his homeland to sell his wares elsewhere in the Northern Continent. This served him well for thousands of years, until he found a Toa Stone amongst a package and activated it by accident, subsequently transforming into a Toa himself.
With the Matoran Civil War blooming, Domiu's trading became more difficult, and he soon found himself under the weight of the expectations for Toa. Not a warrior, Domiu instead took jobs using his newfound Toa strength to help rebuild Matoran settlements devastated by the war.
Breath of Mata Nui[]
Sometime after the Matoran Civil War, Domiu was between jobs and decided to see if he could start a new life in the Southern Continent. After a chance encounter, he was recruited by his once-neighbour Whekto to join the Breath of Mata Nui, to his use power over Earth to help cultivate the plants they needed for their work.
Return to Spherus Magna[]
Following the restoration of the planet Spherus Magna, Domiu and the rest of the the Breath of Mata Nui were forced to abandon their forests and relocate to the new world. There, they began to establish a new estate to heal those wounded in the Battle of Bara Magna.
Abilities and Traits[]
As a Toa of Earth, Domiu can make earth pillars, create an earthen fist, ride on a moving chunk of earth, make the ground explode, and perform other similar feats.
Like his colleagues Toa Aritauk and Whekto, Domiu uses his elemental powers to enrich the environment of the Breath of Mata Nui's land, stimulating the earth so that it can support the plant growth that they need.
Paraphernalia[]
Domiu wears Breaker Gauntlets, which enhance his strength and carry a small plasma charge that can be released once every three hours. He also and wears the Kanohi Elda, the Mask of Detection.
