Dianois is a Toa of Psionics from the Baterra Magna storyline.
Biography[]
Dianois's early past is unknown. At some point, she came into existence on an alternate Bara Magna, which was later taken over by the Baterra. When they did so, Dianois's best friend resisted till the bitter end, the Baterra dragging him off.
She encountered the Zac and warned him to leave Bara Magna if he valued his life, trying to scare him and the others away so they would not have to face the same fate as her friend. Later, the Ignika Retrieval Squad, seeking information, was led by Zac to Dianois, but she attacked them, again for the purpose of scaring them away. They were able to beat her, but she screamed, alerting several Vorox to the team's presence, which gave her cover to escape.
She telekinetically healed her wounds and followed the four into the desert on the way to Vulcanus. The group thought they had found the Ignika, but it turned out to not be. They conversed with the now friendly, if grim, Toa of Psionics, and eventually added her to the team and decided to start overthrowing the Baterra.
Powers and Equipment[]
Dianois is a Toa of Psionics, and, as such, she has access to several mental powers. She has demonstrated the ability to unleash a powerful mental blast as well as a telekinetic shockwave. She has also cast illusions and healed herself telekinetically.
Personality and Traits[]
Dianois is generally noble in character, but is very cautious from her experiences with the Baterra. She is also concerned for the safety of others, displayed by her wanting to get the Ignika Retrieval Squad out of harm's way.

- How she got to Bara Magna is a mystery.
- Her name is most likely a Bionicle version of the name Diana or Diane.
- She is so far the only being to be added to the roster of the Ignika Retrieval Squad.
