Dephal was a Ko-Matoran in the Misplaced Alternate Universe who became a Lieutenant in the Matoran Military Force.
History[]
Early Life[]
Dephal started his life as Ko-Matoran on Seperus Magna, where he helped create the Matoran Universe. After moving into the Great Spirit Robot he lived in Metru-Nui.
Life in Metru-Nui[]
Dephal was an astrologist who studies the starts. He took a great factination in the Red Star in particular. Dephal, on his free time, was an artist and made carvings out of ice.
Dephal also admired the carvings made by the po-matoran crafter Pokall and the two became good friends.
Formation of The Matoran Military Force[]
When all the toa, besides Takanuva, left with Toa Orde to Karda-Nui, Pokall worried that one toa was not enough to protect an entire city and that the Vahki would never return to the numbers they once possessed. So with the permission of Turaga Lhikan, Pokall created the Matoran Military Force to defend Metru-Nui when the Toa and remaining Vahki could not. Many matoran joined the newly formed organization such as Dephal, Kongu, and many more. Dephal was made Lieutenant of the newly formed organization.

Attack at the Coliseum[]
Dephal and MMF were deployed to minimize the rahkshi forced during Makuta Daraxan's attack of Coliseum. Dephal and his Group worked alongside the Toa Metru.
Siege of Po-Metru[]
During the siege of Po-Meru, the Turaga Council assigned Dephal and the MMF along the border of Po-Metru to guard it while the Toa metru went into the city to gather survivors.
Abilities and Traits[]
Dephal is quiet, patient, and loyal. He is very dependable and is a good strategist. Dephal is also very talented at caving sculptures out of Ice.
As a Ko-Matoran Dephal possessed a miniscule amount of control over the element of Ice and had a greater resistance to the cold than other types of matoran.
