The Kanohi Dehkua is the Mask of Deception. It is considered an immoral mask, and it is classified as a Psionics power.
The Kanohi Dehkua makes the user's lies seem more likely to be truth to those around them, and their actions - whether good or ill - seem normal to a casual observer. Users of a Kanohi Rode cannot be fooled by this mask.
History[]
As society within the Matoran Universe blossomed and expanded following the Great Spirit Robot's launch, mask makers across the universe honed and refined their skills and began to craft new designs. These masks were not neccessarily as directly relevant to the maintenance of the Great Spirit, but served some now-lost purpose within the newly born civilization.
The Kanohi Dehkua was one such mask. It was created at the behest of a spymaster in Pridak's army, with the intention of it being used by spies to infiltrate the Brotherhood of Makuta and gain information.
Toa Empire Universe[]
Kanohi Dehkua were, for a time, employed by Tuyet's emissaries to other nations in the Matoran Universe. However, the mask's power and design soon became common knowledge, and Tuyet was forced to either invest more in disguising the mask's shape, or abandoning this method of negotiation.
