Dawn of Equinox (Eek-Win-Ox) is a Skull Creature currently residing on Okoto. His role on the island is to watch over the crypts and graves of the other beings who have come before him, and those who'll inevitably follow.

Powers and Equipment[]
Equinox's powers extend to a subtle control over the element of shadow. With that, he's able to form basic weaponry and shapes out of shadows. As per his self-taken profession, he generally forms spades and digging equipment of the like. This use of shadow can also be utilized in a hostile manner, forming weapons like blades and hammers, or used in a defensive manner, forming objects such as shields.
Personality[]
Equinox's personality can be described as cold and serious, with a vague sense of cynical humor.
Mask and Tools[]
Equinox wears a powerless imitative Mask of Control. He wears it solely due to the personally likable aesthetic it provides. However, he possesses no physical tools. As stated above, due to his Skull Creature origins, he has a basic amount of control over shadows, and can form rudimentary tools from them. While he can form weapons from this basic power, he often creates tools that assist in his grave-keeping, and remains generally non-hostile.

- Equinox's naming style and overall aesthetic is based off of the Ur-Didact, who was introduced to the Halo series during the events of Halo 4.
