DNA is a Legendary Element that has total control over the genetic code.

Description

DNA is a powerful Element. It is just as, if not more powerful than Life. If one has the power of DNA, their powers are indistinguishable from one whose power is Life. A DNA user would have control over the genetic code. A DNA user is also incredibly dangerous because they can change a tiny creature into a hulking abomination.
