There is no specific rule forbidding Hero Factory from this contest. However, I do not believe Hero Factory-related stories are allowed on this wiki in general. That type of content either belongs on BIONICLE Crossovers Wiki, or Custom Hero Factory Wiki. -- BobTheDoctor27
