Corduk was the brave and stubborn Toa Powai of Earth defending the island of Powai Nui. They lived much of their life as an Onu-Matoran working zealously as a guard for the Kakkan Containment Organization. During their involvement in a conflict with the Wraith Syndicate, they were transformed into a Toa, helping to form the Toa Powai. After the Syndicate's defeat, however, they remained loyal to the KCO, staying within its tunnels and mostly refusing to protect the rest of Ko-Powai.

As an Onu-Matoran, Corduk's eyes and heartlight were a vibrant emerald, coinciding with their excellent vision in the dark. Their black and silver armor had pieces of it painted crimson when they became a high-ranking KCO Guard. Their mask was shaped like a Great Tryna; it being shaped like an immoral mask did not bother them (even if it bothered others).

Their transformation into a Toa made the silver and crimson much more prominent, enough so that they were sometimes mistaken for a Toa of Fire or Magnetism. Their shoulders were wide, and their limbs were well-built. They retained the hunch they had as a Matoran.

After later having their armor modified, the crimson and silver were condensed to the upper arms and torso. The Black remaining in their lower arms and legs was complemented with dark grey. Their shoulder and chest armor also took cues from Maroona's Toa armor. They sometimes received compliments on their "healthy thighs".

Powers and Equipment

As an Onu-Matoran, Corduk had dormant Earth powers, which gave them enhanced endurance and greater visibility in low-light conditions. When they became a Toa of Earth, Corduk gained full access to these abilities, allowing them to create, manipulate, and absorb most forms of dirt, soil, and mud. Using these powers, they could manifest earthquakes and tremors, break the ground to their liking, and summons constructs of earth.

Corduk wore a Great Kanohi Olmu, the Mask of Electroreception, which allowed them to feel electric stimuli. It was modified using the Mask Maker's Tool.

For Toa Tools Corduk wielded the Magnetic Chain Claw and a scimitar that could transform into a sickle.

Owing to years of guarding the KCO, Corduk was proficient in various types of combat. They were the most skilled of the Toa in hand-to-hand combat, but could also competently use various firearms and some melee weapons. Both their mask and Elemental powers gave them incredible perception, especially underground, making it nearly impossible to hide from them.

Trivia

• Corduk was agender and did not care what pronouns others referred to them with. On Powai Nui, others tended to use they/them to refer to them.
• Despite their pride in the distinguished crimson in their armor, their actual favorite color was light blue.
