Capricarn is an area on Spherus Magna, it sprouted around the remains of the Great Spirit Robot and Prototype Robot.
It was the site of the First Battle of Capricarn.
Geography[]
Much of Capricarn is taken up by a the vast remains of the Mata Nui and Prototype Robots, coming out the the larger ones head is a lake of Protodermis.
Everywhere else is flat, with occasional parks and buildings.
There is also a stand where they house the anniversary of the Battle that united Matoran and Agori.
History[]
Pre-Metru[]
On Spherus and Bara Magna, Capricarn was a barren dessert of a place.
It is unknown if any life lived in the area, but it is possible Vorox and Iron Tribe members scavenged here. The sands in the area had a reddish coloration and often cracked. Many canyons also existed here.
Battle[]
Eventuly the brutal fight between Mata Nui and Makuta took place here.
Much of this battle was low on the ground between Toa and Glatorian versing Skrall and Teridax's minions.
The Battle cracked the ground significantly and the area almost toppled under the wight.
At the end of the battle, both Teridax's and Mata Nui's new bodies where lifeless husks lying the the ground.
Protodermis leaked from the larger robots head forming a lake.
Metru[]
The Matoran started urbanizing the area, much to the displease of the Agori.
Many Agori protests where rallied here, only to be taken down by Toa.
However, the Agori just forcibly erected parks and reserves in the area, and said they are Matoran free zones, this actually worked and the Matoran started to only come the area on the anniversary of the Battle.
Spherus War[]
Makuta, Skakdi and others came in and assaulted Capricarn in what would become the First Battle of Capricarn.
This battle decimated the area, leaving bodies of the fallen everywhere.
