Brutar is a Crustelleon Dark Hunter and former mercenary.
History[]
- Brutar was created, along with the rest of his species, by the Great Spirit Mata Nui. Early on, Brutar enlisted in the Crustelleon army, and was the best soldier, but got tired of the drills. So he began to wander, becoming a warrior for hire. He was often employed by the Dark Hunters, which would influence him later on. At one point he got lost due to his mask, and wandered around different dimensions. He then stumbled into the core of all universes, and the energy transformed his spear into the Energy Javelin. Then a new gate opened, and he found himself on the war-torn island of Zakaz. There he was attacked by a Skakdi warlord. Brutar quickly made work of him, and soon found an employer. A Skakdi had a weapons shipment that was being sent from Visorak, but it should have arrived a month ago. Brutar was tasked with eliminating the one responsible for the late arrival, and to get the shipment to Zakaz.
Injury[]
- Brutar arrived at Visorak, only to find no boat in sight. He began to wander around the island. Not to much later, he encountered a Lerahk- Keelerak fusion. The creature pelted him with acid, which penetrated his armor and began damaging his organic tissue. The pain was so intense, the mighty Crustelleon only remained conscious for 45 sec.
New Body[]
- By the time the Dark Hunters had recovered the body, he seemed dead. A quick scan told otherwise. The Hunters acted quickly, rebuilding him in a stronger body with a kanoka disk launcher attached to his helmet. When Brutar awoke, the Hunters gave him a Big Axe for a new weapon. Brutar was then invited to join the Dark Hunters, an offer he accepted. His first mission has taken him to Stelt.
Personality and Traits[]
- Brutar used to be calm, yet powerful. If he was defeated, he would hunt the offender down and duel him in as many rematches as needed. After the rebuild, he became more aggressive and grew a strong hatred of both Rahkshi and Visorak.
Powers and Tools[]
- Brutar, like all Crustelleons, could absorb energy from opponents. He lost this ability after his rebuild. However, he gained immense strength.
- Brutar once wielded an Energy Javelin, which could create energy blasts and energy quakes. After the rebuild, he could launch Reconstitute at Random disks from his helmet. He also got a powerless axe.
