The BLR Storyline is the storyline of Bioleader.

The BLR Universe is for the most part similar to the Prime Reality, with a few notable differences:
- Mata Nui was part of the race known as the Nui, and was not built as a Great Spirit robot.
- The Great Beings are universally known to the people of Spherus Magna as the Great Destroyers. Their real name was the Kral.
- Nalek stopped the League of Six Kingdoms' attempt to conquer the Matoran Universe, not the Brotherhood of Makuta.
- Makuta Teridax's energies were used to bring Spherus Magna back together, not a gravity wave.
- Most of Spherus Magna is still desert.
