Axonn is a silver armored being who was a former member of both the Order of Mata Nui and Hand of Artakha.

History[]
Axonn and his species were one of the oldest creations of the Great Beings, being created even before Helryx, the first Toa, ever came to be.
He was originally a member of the Hand of Artakha, and watched over the island named after Artakha himself. Although he was built with good intentions, he was among many of the Hand's members who were at the time undisciplined, and as a result, he often caused more damage compared to other members during his duties than what was necessary, despite his good intentions.
Axonn soon became bereft of a purpose when the Hand of Artakha was forced to disband due to its members causing more harm than good. He became depressed from hearing this news and almost immediately afterwards resorted to conquest, becoming one of the most feared beings in the Matoran Universe. Whole cities fell before his Giant Axe, and he ended up conquering a number of the Southern Islands as a result. Later, Hydraxon, another former member of the Hand of Artakha, approached him and offered him a membership to join the newly formed Order of Mata Nui. With newfound purpose and a reason for living, Axonn gave up his dreams of conquering and became a trusted member of the Order. It was during his early days there in the organization that he met Brutaka, and the two became the best of friends.
After a number of adventures during his time in the Order, Axonn, alongside his friend Brutaka, were stationed on the island of Voya Nui. There, they kept their existence a secret from the Matoran living on the island, while making it their sworn duty to protect them. Ten decades later, The Order of Mata Nui would be attacked by Trazark and his Cult of Dark Order, and were mostly slaughtered as a result. Axonn quietly grieved for his fallen comrades when he found out about what had happened, but he knew that he had to continue protecting the Matoran, which he continued to do for quite sometime. He held firm that one day, he would have a new purpose once more. Brutaka on the other hand was severely distraught by the news, so much that he lost sight of his duty and began to lose hope.
It would be many centuries later that Axonn would receive word from a Matoran about a new organization called Kuurk's Empire. Seeing this as an opportunity, Axonn convinced an initially hesitant Brutaka to tag along with him in joining the organization. It was when they reached Metru Nui that they met Kuurk himself for the first time. Kuurk was amazed by how powerful the two were, despite their age, and together, they became his personal enforcers.
Axonn was among the many members of Kuurk's Empire who emigrated over to the Earth-like superplanet of Helvean.
Abilities and Traits[]
Axonn towers above most individuals at about nine feet tall in height. He is an extremely powerful being, with a wide range of abilities. He is known to have great strength rivaling that of a Makuta, a strength which is tremendously enhanced tenfold when he is enraged. He can also heal other beings and can cure insanity with a simple touch of his hand. However, this power has its limitations, and some beings are beyond his healing ability. Axonn is also able to shoot pure energy at targets, a power that can be channeled through his hands or his axe. He also possesses Electricity powers and could create temporary stasis fields. Axonn is also immune to the slaving effect of Antidermis.
Like all former members of the Order of Mata Nui, Axonn's mind is shielded from any means of telepathy or mental attack.
Axonn is best described as an old warhorse with an honorable demeanor. He cares deeply for his friend Brutaka and never gave up on him even when the latter initially lost hope of having a new purpose. He is also very contemplative and introspective, and rarely lost his temper outside of battle.
