Trivia [ ]
Archaic Matoran followed the same grammatical rules as the Matoran language.
Initially, Archaic Matoran resembled a fusion between Nordic languages and Latin and included many more accented characters. Chondrya designed its current form to more closely resemble the Matoran language (which, in turn, is greatly inspired by the Māori language), with additional inspiration from the Slavic languages, Spanish, Latin, and Japanese.
