Turaga Aph was a Ko-Matoran living in the Fragmented Universe who was transformed into a Toa of Ice and eventually a Turaga of Ice. He was the Turaga of Cro and a member of the Order of Mata Nui.

History

Early Life

Like most Ko-Matoran, Aph began his life on Spherus Magna, where he aided in the construction of the Great Spirit Robot, which would house the Matoran Universe. Upon its completion, he was placed on Metru Nui, in Ko-Metru where he became a scholar.

Roughly 15,000 years before the Great Cataclysm, a group of Skakdi raided the Knowledge Towers in hopes of stealing valuable equipment. They rounded up the scholars, which included Aph, and locked them in one of the closets of the tower. They were about to get away clean when two Toa arrived and foiled their plans.

As a last resort they kidnapped two of their hostages, Aph and another Matoran, and escaped the city with them in chains. They were planning on sailing to Zakaz when they shipwrecked on Karzahni. There they were captured and the Skakdi were used for spare parts while Aph and the other Matoran were "fixed".

Now in a weaker form, he was separated from his one companion who was kept on the island while he was shipped off to the Northern Continent.
