Antera is a Makuta and a member of the Corporation of the Cosmos
Biography[]
Early Life[]
Like all Makuta, Antera was created one hundred thousand years ago by the Great Spirit, Mata Nui, from a pool of substance known as antidermis, which was located on one of the Southern Islands of the Matoran Universe. He soon became a member of the Brotherhood of Makuta, an organization dedicated to serving the will of Mata Nui and mantaining order throughout the universe. Originally, he tasked with the creation of several Rahi species.
Following the Matoran Civil War, Antera was given the island of Nornoss.
After Teridax demanded a Convocation to reveal his plan and claim leadership of the Brotherhood, Antera sided with him because he was afraid of the consequences of siding against him. Not long after, he overheard a fellow Makuta named Sharroz talk about an organization called the Corporation of the Cosmos. Intrigued, he confronted her about it, and after some intense discussion, he became a member of the organization.
Antera's first attempt to take over the Corporation was when he sabatoged Sharroz's experiment to give other species Makuta powers. He made the test subject, a Thresian named Quonnu more aware of his situation. This lead Quonnu to become mentally unstable. He causes an explosion that almost kills her as he was trying to escape. Unfortunately, Antera's plan was thwarted when a fellow Makuta and Corporation member, Ziviahk, took Sharroz to the Nynrah Ghosts, which gave her new armor to increase her survival rate.
Like all other Makuta, Antera's antidermis evolved to a gaseous state where she no longer required sleep or sustainance. Teridax ordered the Nynrah Ghosts to modify Makuta's armor to accommedate this evolution. Afterwards, he helped Sharroz fake a lab related explosion that "killed" him, her, and another member of the Corporation, Powpow, as well as six other Makuta and their servants.

Personality[]
Before he relinquised his light, Antera was a Makuta cloaked with priciples and morality, but after he extinguised it, he has become ambitious. He is, however, very patient, waiting for the perfect time to strike. Unfortunately, he sometimes chooses to strike prematurely and has to use his wit to keep from drawing attention to himself.
Powers[]
Antera is an master of aerial combat and an expert of stealth. As a Makuta, he is able to shapeshft, produce Kraata, and has all fourty-two Kraata powers. He mainly uses Chameleon and Dodge.
Mask and Tools[]
He wears the Kanohi Walen, the Mask of Prediction, which gives him an edge in combat. He has been known to use a variety of weapons, including a pair of protosteel talons and a Cordak Blaster.
